PK Securities has been instrumental in assisting various Providers enter and participate in the reinvestment market. One of our most successful introductions to the reinvestment market was through Mary Packer's role in assisting FGIC Capital Markets, Inc. become a premier Investment Agreement Provider in the 1990's. Another more recent example is the introduction of DEPFA Bank, plc, ("DEPFA") which announced on December 1, 2005 that it had entered into the Guaranteed Investment Contract market as a Provider. Mary Packer worked as the reinvestment consultant to facilitate the entry process on behalf of DEPFA.
